Writers can make residual income on Triond by writing about their favorite topics.

Triond is a publishing website that accepts content on just about any subject. Writers get paid to write about topics of their own choosing. Triond has a network of smaller, topic-specific sites where the content is published.

Triond writers make money writing items that earn income for the site. Writers are paid a residual income that is a portion of the money that each item earns. This revenue share continues as long as the item is on a Triond-owned site. This allows writers to make residual income each month with the work they've already published through Triond.

What Triond Publishes

Many writers like writing for Triond because of its laid-back approach to publishing. Triond will publish just about anything as long as the work is not obscene or illegal. The content it publishes ranges from articles to reports to essays to personal rants. There is no style to conform to, no minimum content length and there are no editors to request rewrites.

Rights Transferred

Triond does not claim full rights for the work it publishes. The writer keeps the rights to the materials and can delete them from the site at any time. Triond does not claim exclusive rights for the content it publishes. Once the work is placed on Triond, it can be placed on other sites at the same time. The only rules about content rights are that it should be the writer's own work and not under exclusive contract elsewhere.

Affiliate Links

Triond does allow affiliate links to be placed in the works it publishes. By joining an affiliate program, the writer can get affiliate links to place in the articles so that each sale made through them will earn the writer a commission. This allows writers to make money writing articles that both bring in the Triond revenue share and make money through the affiliate program.

Payment

Triond pays once a month through PayPal. The minimum payment amount is .50, and the payment amount carries over to the next month if the writer has not met this minimum. Triond has a reputation as a low-paying market, but its low minimum payment amount often means that a writer will get paid to write for Triond long before they see payment from a site that pays more.

Because the sites that Triond uses for publishing work are often small and have low page rank, the writer needs to actively market the content to bring readers in and earn residual income each month.
